Rotary International District 3220 – Sri Lanka & Maldives
Last Updated: 16 October 2026

About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Vital Voices in Rotary website at www.vitalvoicesinrotary.com, the Purple Card information and benefits platform, and the use of the physical Purple Card issued through Rotary International District 3220, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Vital Voices in Rotary is a District Membership initiative focused on diversity, inclusion, belonging and meaningful engagement. The Purple Card is its member benefits initiative.
By using the website or Purple Card, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Separate terms issued by participating partners may also apply to their products, services and offers.
Who Can Use the Purple Card
The Purple Card is intended for eligible Rotarians within Rotary International District 3220.
Ordinarily, one non-transferable card is issued per eligible Rotarian, with the member’s name and Rotary International Membership Number recorded for administration and verification.
Cards are generally distributed through the relevant Rotary Club President, Secretary or other authorised channel.
Eligibility for a Purple Card does not automatically extend to spouses, family members, guests or other persons. A specific partner offer may extend benefits to others only where that eligibility is expressly stated in the published offer terms.
What the Purple Card Provides
The Purple Card offers access to a growing directory of participating organisations and the benefits they have confirmed for eligible members.
These may include discounts, preferential rates, special packages, privileges, added-value services or experiences.
The Purple Card is not a bank card, credit card, debit card, stored-value card or form of payment.
It does not guarantee admission, availability, discounts on every purchase or any specific financial value. It has no cash redemption value.
How to Find and Redeem an Offer
Members can scan the QR code on the physical Purple Card to access the online benefits platform, search participating partners and review available offers, locations, validity periods, exclusions and redemption instructions.
Before making a booking or purchase, members should check the current offer details on the platform and confirm any conditions directly with the participating partner where necessary.
Members should present their physical Purple Card when requesting a benefit and follow the applicable partner redemption process.
Benefits generally cannot be claimed retrospectively after a transaction is completed, unless the partner expressly agrees.
Scanning the QR code gives access to information; it does not, by itself, establish a person’s eligibility to redeem a member benefit.
Partner Offers, Availability and Conditions
Each offer is determined and honoured by the relevant participating partner.
Offers may be limited by validity dates, participating branches, product or service categories, appointment availability, stock, booking requirements, exclusions, identity verification or other clearly stated conditions.
Benefits are not necessarily available at every location of a participating business and may not be combined with other promotions unless the partner expressly permits this.
Partners may revise, renew, suspend or discontinue offers in accordance with their agreed terms.
Members should rely on the latest published offer information and, where important, reconfirm directly with the partner before visiting or purchasing.
We aim to keep the online platform current based on information received and confirmed from partners, but an offer listing should not be treated as an unconditional promise that a particular service, product, rate or benefit is available at any given time.
